The Ente di gestione delle aree protette delle Alpi Cozie havebought 150 sheep (Bergamasca kind) within the action C3, to make up the service flock to be used in the management of the priority habitats 6210 * and 6240 * in the SIC Oasi xerotermiche della Valle di Susa – Orrido di Chianocco e Foresto.
As foreseen in the Action C5, the sheep flock entrusted to a company selected by public tender. Grazing in the SIC will begin in April.
