On Sunday 29/4 in Noasca (TO) the LIFE16 project CCA/IT/000060 PASTORALP "Pastures vulnerability and adaptation strategies to climate change impacts in the Alps" was presented. The project's main objectives are the evaluation and testing of agro-pastoral practices aimed at reducing vulnerability and increasing the alpine pastures resilience to climate change. More info on this link and on the FB page of the project.
Giampiero Lombardi was present on behalf of LIFE Xerograzing and it was a good opportunity to start networking with this new LIFE project (the common points are certainly many) and to strengthen ties with Gran Paradiso National Park, Institut Agricole Régional of Aosta, INRA Clermont Ferrand and DISPAA - University of Florence.
